Teachers gain classroom tools and a new systemic lens to use when building a community in which each child feels they belong and can succeed. Viewing students, families, teachers and administrators as an ecosystem through this lens allows new resources and learning initiatives to grow.
Our services are geared towards the needs of the client if that be an individual, school, or organization. We provide support to our clients to navigate their own working environment through their individual growth. We work with a variety of groups such as mental health workers, teachers, and leaders in a variety of industries. Our services can also be grouped together, for example, a whole school/organization activation may include all the services. We are in the service of the needs of those seeking our support.
Activations in the classroom help students regulate emotions, connect to resources, improve classroom community, and belonging in order to catalyze well being, learning and creativity. Packages can be linked to group workshops..
Individual and leadership coaching is designed to support an individual’s well being and enhance their ability to make positive change through mindfulness, systemic exercises, and co-collaboration. Coaching can be combined with workshops to support larger groups.
Educators Circle provides a place to learn about Systemic Education concepts and bring resources and inspiration to each other and their classrooms. It is a place where one can create a “breathing space” to enhance self-awareness about support and systemic dynamics while also recharging their work through experiential and creative activities.
Workshops are developed to meet the needs of your specific group and could include elements from Working from Presence and Enhancing Children’s Lives Learning Tools workshops. Participants will build resources for difficult situations, belonging, community building, creativity, and learning. Participants take away a packet of Creative Briefs that they can adapt to their own school/organization.
